I am Pushpa.
For over 25 years, I built a successful career in IT. Like many people, I chose it because it offered opportunity, stability, and a promising future, not because it was something I felt deeply called to do.
Interestingly, I still work in IT today because I genuinely enjoy it. It challenges me, grounds me, and has given me a rewarding career.
However success and fulfilment are not always the same, a question kept growing inside me:
What more is possible for me? What is my true potential?
That question led me on a journey of deep self-exploration. I immersed myself in subconscious work, awareness practices, coaching, and personal transformation. I was discovering another part of myself. That journey led me to coaching, work that feels deeply meaningful to me. Today, alongside my IT career, I have a second calling that I love.
And this feeling I had wasn’t unique. Many accomplished professionals have built successful careers, yet quietly wonder if there is something more they are meant to do.
That’s why, today, I help other brave mid-career professionals do the same: discover their calling and turn it into a business that pays — from decision to action in 90 days.
Not by asking them to walk away from everything they’ve built, but by helping them build something meaningful and fulfilling alongside it, until it becomes the life they truly want.

I grew up in the steel city of India
People matter most.
I grew up surrounded by family — my parents, brother, sisters — in a home where warmth and values were daily life. My parents gave me the belief that you could go anywhere, be anything, and still know who you are at your core.
Those early years in the steel city were full — that comes from belonging somewhere completely. I carried that rootedness with me everywhere I went.
From city to city, many countries.
Showing up and figuring it out.
Life took me from city to city in India, every move brought new people, new ways of seeing. I learned that adaptability is a skill developed by showing up somewhere new and figuring it out.
I also had the privilege of working and travelling across different countries —Canada, Finland, Kenya, France.
The Learning
Books. Classes. Certifications.
I formalised my curiosity into learning, each study added a layer to what I had been developing through lived experience.
But my most important learning is discovering, that my clients already have everything they needed. They just couldn’t see it yet.
That led me here. To coaching as a vocation. To the Life You Love Programme. To this conversation with you.
Beyond the work
The rest of me.
I start every morning with a walk, my clearest thinking happens as I wake up. I love nature, trees, greenery, sound of birds, fresh smell of morning. I love reading books and practising yoga. And what I love the most is spending time with my family, friends and colleagues.
